gn444 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") set out the rules and regulations governing your access to and use of gn444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Platform provides online casino gaming, sports betting, live casino tables, crash games, and related entertainment services to eligible adult users in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

By accessing gn444 in any capacity — whether by visiting the site, creating an account, placing a bet, depositing funds, or using any feature of the Platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

Access to gn444 and the creation of a member account is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions. By registering, you represent and warrant that all conditions are satisfied:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. gn444 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of gn444 is lawful in your location.
3. You are registering only one account in your own legal name. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. gn444 will suspend all associated accounts and forfeit balances if duplicate registrations are detected.
4. All information provided during registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of gn444 or any of its affiliated game providers, and you are not the immediate family member of such a person.

gn444 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as required. Members may be asked to submit a copy of a national identity document, a recent utility bill, or other verification documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any point during account activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

gn444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform:

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. gn444 does not impose a maximum single-deposit ceiling, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
2. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability of that method.
3. gn444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal. This is a security measure to protect members from unauthorised access to their funds.
4. Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting rollover conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
5. gn444 does not accept or return funds obtained through illegal means. Any deposit identified as originating from criminal activity will be frozen, reported to relevant authorities, and the associated account permanently closed.

gn444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. Bonuses are credited to a member's account at gn444's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, unless the member has already claimed the specific offer.
2. Wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Unfulfilled rollover conditions at the expiry of the promotional period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
3. Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms. gn444 will void bonuses claimed in violation of this rule.
4. gn444 reserves the right to clawback bonuses and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, hedging strategies, or any form of exploitation is detected. In serious cases, the offending account will be permanently suspended.

All bets and game rounds placed on gn444 are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules provided within the Platform's game interfaces take precedence where they differ from these general rules:

1. All bets are final once confirmed. gn444 will not cancel or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in the case of a manifest technical error or in circumstances described in the relevant game rules.
2. Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change before a bet is placed. Once a bet slip is confirmed and accepted, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked in. gn444 is not responsible for odds changes that occur before a member finalises their bet.
3. In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round or a live bet, gn444 will endeavour to resolve the outcome based on the game state at the point of interruption. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected stake will be returned to the member's balance.
4. Maximum win limits per game round may apply as specified within individual game rules. gn444 reserves the right to void and withhold payment on any win that arises from a software malfunction, data feed error, or pricing error.

gn444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority. In cases of suspension pending investigation, the member's balance will be held and not made available for withdrawal until the investigation is concluded.

A member may close their own account at any time by contacting gn444 customer support. Upon account closure requested by the member, any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of pending bonus rollover obligations will be returned to the member's designated payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

All content on gn444 — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, interface designs, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary property of gn444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Members may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from gn444.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gn444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical outages, delayed withdrawals, game errors, or third-party service failures. gn444's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gn444 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gn444 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gn444's gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gn444 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Members access the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Disputes that cannot be resolved through gn444's internal complaints process may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as notified by gn444 from time to time.

gn444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gn444 will provide reasonable notice to active members via the Platform or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 7. We recommend that members review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
